Semper Fi & America's Fund

This journey began with the goal of racing the Race Across the West (RAW) on June 15, 2021. The event is a 930-mile bicycle race from Oceanside to Durango, requiring riders to complete the distance within 92 hours. The clock runs continuously and does not stop until the rider crosses the finish line.

Although I ultimately did not reach the finish, covering approximately 280 miles before the extreme 120-degree heat forced us to withdraw for the safety of both myself and the team, the experience was far from a loss.

Through that effort, we raised more than $5,000 for veterans. Just as importantly, the challenge provided a deeper understanding of what the mind and body are capable of enduring and reinforced my commitment to pursuing the ultra-endurance lifestyle.

Moving forward, I remain dedicated to reaching—and surpassing—our goal of raising $20,000 for the Semper Fi & America's Fund. I am confident that these funds will directly support veterans, helping them achieve the quality of life they have earned and deserve.
